"Sorry for the banner." Election war on posters and... fakes

"Amazing, Poland is waking up!" - announced PiS MEP Waldemar Buda, publishing a photograph of 2 posters on any fence. It appears that on 1 banner individual "apologizes for the banner" next to it with the image of Rafał Trzaskowski. Funny? First of all, untrue. The base photograph for this modification exists and has intrigued net users before.
