The latest presidential poll brings a surprise – in the top 3 there has been a crucial change that may affect the further conduct of the campaign. The leader remains the same, but the fight for the second position takes on pace. See detailed results of the sensational survey.


In a SW investigation survey for “Wprost” Rafał Trzaskowski from the Civic Coalition kept the lead, gaining 33.6 percent support. On the another hand, there was a breakthrough in second place – the fresh runner-up overtakes the current rival.

Sławomir Mentzen of the Confederacy won 18.9% of the vote, with an increase of 5.8 percent points compared to the erstwhile survey. Karol Nawrocki, a candidate supported by the Law and Justice, gained 16.5% support, losing 0.5 percent points. Mentzen enjoys the top support among men and young voters, which may be crucial in the further part of the campaign.

The following places were placed: Szymon Hołownia (7.9%), Grzegorz Braun (2.9%), Krzysztof Stanowski (2.8%), Adrian Zandberg (2.6%), Marek Jakubiak (2.2%) and Magdalena Biejat (1.8%). 1% of respondents indicated another candidate and 9.9% inactive did not make the decision.

The survey was conducted on 25-26 February 2025 on a example of 809 people by the CAWI method.

Elections Getting Closer

The State Election Commission has so far registered 28 election committees for presidential candidates. 2 more – Krzysztof Sitko and Jakub Perkowski – are waiting for registration.

According to the electoral calendar, the time to study fresh committees is 24 March. Unlike parliamentary elections, presidential committees can only be created by voters alternatively than political parties.

In order for the candidate to be officially eligible for the election, his committee must collect at least 100,000 signatures of support. The deadline for applications is 4 April at 4:00 p.m.

The first circular of elections will be held on 18 May, and the second on 1 June.
