A survey in Germany. Our neighbors are afraid of Russia's attack

German society fears the Russian attack on NATO's east flank. In the latest poll "Politbarometer" it turned out that more than half of the respondents anticipate to attack Poland or the Baltic States.

This conviction is 56% of respondents, while 39% of respondents (among them 51% of Germans from the east part of the country) have no fear of specified an attack. Interestingly, as many as 81% of respondents say that the Russians deliberately violated Polish space late utilizing drones.

According to 47% of respondents, NATO should respond to specified Russian provocations with a strong increase in the armed forces. A akin number of respondents (44%) say this should not happen.

Germany assessed the situation in the mediate East
