Some Polish companies will be protected from hostile acquisitions. There's a fresh project

Part of Polish companies, and specifically companies from alleged delicate sectors, are to be protected indefinitely from uncontrolled acquisitions by entities outside the European Union, the European economical Area and the OECD. These companies have the power of law already protected, but now this protection becomes unlimited - according to a draft amendment published on Friday.
