"The russian Operations Command (ACO) which is liable for planning and implementing all NATO operations will carry out the east Sentry mission on the east NATO flank", announced the command of allied forces in Europe (SHAPE) in consequence to repeated violations of airspace, including through the events of September 10, erstwhile many Russian drones violated Poland's airspace. The chief commander of allied forces in Europe (SACEUR) General Alexus G. Grynkewich stressed that the incidental was not isolated and not only crucial to Poland. "While the full assessment of the incidental continues, NATO is not waiting but working," he added.
