European allies with their own peace proposal for Ukraine

On the occasion of the Saturday G20 summit in Johannesburg, South Africa, respective European leaders have prepared a counter-proposation against the US's 28-point plan. These politicians - as they stressed - came from the presumption that Washington's initiative is simply a "base which will require further work".
