The Social Insurance Institution pays an energy allowance to partially compensate for the costs of electricity consumption. Currently, the benefit amounts to PLN 312.71 per month, and from 1 March its amount will increase to PLN 329.28. This support shall be granted to pensioners and pensioners who have the position of a combatant or a repressive person, as well as to authorised members of their families. It is worth checking who can apply for this allowance and how to apply decently to receive a benefit.
