Snus and alleged "second wrap" – why should they not be confused
Snus and alleged second wrap are 2 completely different products, although people with no experience can misidentify them. In practice, the difference between them is so clear that anyone who has at least erstwhile seen both types of packages will easy separate between a legal nicotine sachet and an improvised wine with a substance not allowed.
Snus is a legal psychoactive, nicotine product available in many countries. It occurs in the form of tiny pre-prepared sachets. They are equal, symmetrical, made of fine nonwovens and their ends are precisely welded. Production takes place under industrial conditions, which guarantees repetitive form and uniform aesthetics. Inside is simply a condition of nicotine or tobacco — a stimulant but not classified as a drug.
Drug wrap, or the common name of a street drug, looks completely different. This package is prepared by hand, usually from a part of film, paper or thin plastic. Its size and form are accidental and the way of closing is improvised. The tips can be twisted, tied or irregularly wrapped to keep powder or crystals inside.
In contrast to the snow, there is no repetition of production or aesthetics characteristic of the mill products. It's a one-off package typical of illicit trafficking in banned substances.
