SN suspended justice Ivanic for 3 months for driving after alcohol

Jakub Ivaniec was suspended by the Chamber of Professional work of the SN. The Chamber besides examined the earlier decision of the Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek to dismiss the justice from ruling for a month. And she ruled it legal.
