The ultimate Court has ruled that the allegations of irregularities in the election commissions contained in Magdalena Miazek-Mioduszewska's protest are valid. However, the ultimate Court's Emergency Control and Public Affairs Chamber announced that the irregularities found did not affect the final result of the elections.
