Death on the hunt. There's a prosecutor's move

There's a D.A.'s request for arrest for a 40-year-old man suspected of shooting a man while hunting. The D.A. filed a possible execution charge.

In the opinion of the prosecution, arrest is necessary, among others, due to contradictions and deficiency of logic in the explanation of the suspect. The huntsman explained that his victim was confused with the wild. The only witness to the incidental was his insignificant son.

According to the erstwhile findings, a hunt took place on Saturday late in the evening around 22-23 p.m. in Młyniski (the Lublin province), in which 3 hunters participated. During the event, 1 of the hunters fired a shot at a 60-year-old man who left before his property and stood by the gate. He was shot in the chest and died.

According to the D.A.'s office, the fishy knew that he was shooting at residential buildings, did not decently identify the object he had targeted, and fired a shot in violation of any rules applicable to hunters. “Because he did not make certain that he was an animal or a human being, he had to reckon with it—i.e. he predicted and accepted—that he could shoot a human being,” we read in the justification for the nature of the charges.
