Smartphone tax. manufacture against change

At the end of July this year, the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage [published a draft amendment](https://legislation.gov.pl/project/12400254/catalog/13144045#1314445) of the Regulation on devices and media for recording works and fees. According to the fresh version, the reprographic fee would be extended to include TVs, computers, phones and tablets with memory above 32 GB and decoders. The rules are presently in the public consultation phase.
