Smartphones can get expensive. Ministry of Culture wants fees from all fresh facilities

The Ministry of Culture and National Heritage launched a public consultation on the introduction of a reprographic fee on all fresh electronic devices, including smartphones. The proposal assumes a 1% fee to power the pockets of artists and creators.
