Ministry of abroad Affairs funded like military? Tomasz Szymanski: There can be no "grandfather"

"The concept of the erstwhile ministry (...) shows that there is no thought how this formation (Police - ed.) can be effectively led and financed" - said Tomasz Szymanski, associate of the Civic Coalition, president of the Parliamentary Committee on Administration and Home Affairs. As he adds, inventing a way to, ultimately, finance the service is simply a task for the fresh government and the fresh management of the Ministry of Home Affairs and Administration. In his opinion, the amount of the budgets of services subordinate to the Ministry of abroad Affairs - like the army - could be linked to the Gross National Product.
