Jakub Kosikowski, acting as spokesperson for the Chief Medical Council, stated in media information, disturbing news. He revealed that due to deficiency of money, any hospitals had already stopped taking patients. Moreover, it is besides about patients who treat oncology. This shows the eventual collapse of the state wellness system, overloaded by Ukrainians.

Health services are officially bankrupt. "Because of the exhaustion of yearly backing limits by the NFZ, any planned treatments in Pomeranian hospitals will be postponed to 2026" – we read in the information provided by Kosikowski Polish Press Agency. A spokesperson for the ultimate Medical Council said that the signals about restrictions on treatment flow from all over Poland. He pointed out that NIL received information about hospitals that halt taking fresh patients, including oncological ones, and postpone treatment for next year.

Interestingly, any hospitals have even begun to limit unlimited benefits if they have lost the ability to lend benefits. – Since the NFZ hasn't paid in months, hospitals have started imposing limits themselves. They can no longer credit treatment – Kosikowski revealed. He stressed that most restrictions are introduced "on the mouth". As an example, he banned the usage of fresh patients for treatment in the rheumatoid arthritis medicine program.

– Patients hear that they will not start treatment until next year, due to the fact that there is nothing to treat them for. We're talking fresh patients. He said. He besides pointed out that decisions to restrict treatment depend on the financial situation of the regional NFZ and the financial situation of the hospital.

The chief executive of the University Clinical Centre in Gdańsk Jakub Kraszewski informed PAP that due to the simplification of backing of benefits by NFD, the infirmary is forced to postpone any of them for next year.

– This is due to the fact that within 10 months, the infirmary carried out the planned volume of benefits and even overcompensated them, which is ahead of the plan for 2025. Therefore, if the NFZ does not supply for the anticipation of financing additional benefits, the infirmary will gotta postpone them to the nearest possible deadline. – he said.

He added that the shifts include cardiology, cardiosurgery, orthopaedics and urology. He ensured that the safety of patients remains crucial for the hospital, so the mechanics does not include the youngest patients, as well as oncological, haematologic, transplant and drug-using patients. UCK GUMed reported that the value of over-executions not financed by the Ministry of wellness of the Government of Tusk for the period January–September 2025 is already over PLN 270 million.

Małgorzata Pisarewicz, a spokesperson for the Pomorskie Hospitals company, reported that overexecution of benefits for the period from January to September 2025 amounted to nearly PLN 110 million, of which, as part of limited benefits, almost PLN 80 million and non-limited – about PLN 30 million. She added that overexecutions are besides found in the strategy of the Basic infirmary Insurance of wellness Care Benefits.

– If the patient’s wellness is stable, the benefits provided under the PFA lump sum are shifted to the next settlement period. This applies, among others, to hip and knee joint endoproteins performed in peculiar in Wejherów infirmary Orthopedic Division – he says.

The National wellness Fund (NFZ) reported last week that it received an additional PLN 3.5 billion to finance benefits, which reduces this year's budget gap to around PLN 10.5 billion. – That's good news, due to the fact that it means that any patients will receive treatment within the deadline, but there's inactive more than 10 billion missing. added Jakub Kosikowski.

— We have information that patients, including oncological patients, are being sent distant in a nutshell. It's a year out, no money. This year it should be said directly: NFZ went bankrupt transmitted in turn in conversation with Polsat News president of the Chief Medical Council, Dr. Łukasz Jankowski.

OUR COMMENTS: 2 more years of Tusk's regulation and indeed only “stone poop” will stay from Poland.

We besides recommend: Jews raped a Palestinian prisoner. They say they should be rewarded for that.
