The prison service confirms the irregularities of the parent at the ceremony of her own child. The parent of the four-month Oscar, who died after handing him over to the foster family, was brought to the child's ceremony with the assistant officers and handcuffs.
"In the face of the persons liable for the resulting irregularities, the service consequences will be reached," says the manager of the General Prison Service, Colonel Renata Niziolek, quoted by PAP.
On the another hand, the kid Rights Spokeswoman Monika Horna-Cieślak informed that she would apply for the parent of the deceased Oskar to carry out imprisonment in electronic supervision.
