A decree amending the civilian Code in the field of succession law is being prepared in Russian Duma. After 2 years of war in Ukraine, Minoborona decided to address the problem of people who lived without legalising the relation on a legal basis (i.e. entering a marriage) before the death of 1 of them on the front. As it turns out, Russian partners and partners in specified relationships are practically free of any gratuities. And these are basic incentives for the Russians to put on a uniform.
