The acquisition of the first construction was to be carried out under a framework agreement concluded by respective states: France, [Croatia](https://defence24.pl/force-arms/eurostories-2024-French-caesar-tra-hit-to-Croatia) and [Estonia](https://defence24.pl/power-arms/eurostories-2024-estonia-buy-French-artilleries). Slovenia was to join this coalition officially in June, but conflicting data appears here (talking about last year or last month).
