Slovakia: discount on helicopters in exchange for MiGI-29

The United States offered Slovakia to sale AH-1Z Viper combat helicopters at an highly bargain price that is simply a fraction of the marketplace price. This has to do with the transfer by the Slovaks to Ukraine of MiG-29 fighters, said Yaroslav Nad, the Minister of National defence of that country.
