An investigation into the Mesko explosion. First information on causes

On Tuesday, the Prosecutor's Office launched an investigation into a fatal accident at the Mesko plant in Skarżysko-Kamienna – a spokesperson for the territory Prosecutor's Office in Kielce Daniel Prokopowicz told PAP. Preliminary findings indicate that the detonation occurred during the disposal of rocket fuel containers.
