"SAFE Zero" is an highly dangerous proposal and I am very frightened of it," commented Sławomir Mentzen in Friday's "Graffiti". The Confederate Leader compared the initiative of president Karol Nawrocki and NBP head Adam Glapiński to the thought of Andrzej Lepper from years ago. Thursday the president Karol Nawrocki announced that he would not sign a law that would let Poland to borrow under the EU SAFE program supporting the arms industry.

A fewer days earlier, the head of the NBP Adam Glapiński presented details of the presidential initiative "Polish SAFE 0%". The head of the NBP said where funds can be found to support Polish armaments. It pointed to the valuation of the bank's reserves.
