Sławomir Mentzen starts with the Leaders' School to build political staff, “the foundations of our future success”.

In order to have a greater influence on reality, on Polish policy, we request to importantly strengthen ourselves, change a little, and besides prepare much better. We request to better prepare the foundations of our future success. 1 of our flaws is staff.

We request a lot more people for political work. We request HR. Appropriately prepared people, who in future will be MPs, ministers, vice ministers, heads of departments in ministries, will work in various state agencies. People who will someday be in charge of our country, from which future political leaders will emerge. We request people who can manage who will find themselves in the state administration or political party. The perfect people with a solid spine, but at the same time competent, hard-working and well-prepared to execute commissioned tasks.

If you are already a postgraduate and even before you are 28 years of age, if you want to act in politics, you are close to freedom, conservative, right-wing, reactionary, if you want to meet people who are akin to your worldview, then our Leaders School is for you.

The first year, we're going to train about 60 people. Half the seats are reserved for members of the Young for Freedom. The remainder for people outside our youth. There's most likely not adequate seats for everyone, which is why everyone who comes in will gotta go through the recruitment process.

I am convinced that in a fewer years, we will have a group of respective 100 graduates of our School. People regularly meet, train, ready to take work for Poland. You can be a part of it.
