Nearly 4,000 allegations were heard by a co-owner of a company moving a clinic in Zabrze and Tychy, who recommended workers to falsify documentation on environmental therapy.
On the basis of fictitious data, refunds from NFZ were extorted.The fishy pleaded guilty and made a voluntary submission to the penalty, and the court applied for a conviction without a trial – said Mr Paweł Kasprzak from the press squad of the Silesian police.
