The EU Court of Justice found that limiting LGBT content to children is... incompatible with EU law. There has not yet been specified brazen interference from the EU! The Hungarian Government introduced a law a fewer years ago on the protection of families limiting LGBT propaganda among children, promoting sex change and leaving the gender-specific identity. The European Commission, von der Leyen, has challenged the provisions of the EU Treaty, which has now declared them "a breach of EU values"!
It was simply pointed out that ‘Hungary cannot trust effectively on their national identity to justify the adoption of a law in breach of the abovementioned values’. In another words, for Eurocrats, it is worth pushing the youngest left-wing indoctrination and LGBT propaganda and they have now considered it to be EU law in force! What was the basis for specified a judgment? That's right! For the first time in history, the Court of Justice has found that a associate State has infringed Article 2 of the Treaty on EU, listing the general values on which the European Union is based, namely: “The Union is based on the values of respect for the dignity of a human person, freedom, democracy, equality, the regulation of law, as well as respect for human rights, including the rights of persons belonging to minorities. These values are common to associate States in a society based on pluralism, non-discrimination, tolerance, justice, solidarity and equality between men and women."
Where does it say that content promoting homosexuality, sex change, or leaving the gender-specific identity of birth cannot be limited to children? Nowhere. This is simply a complete over-interpretation of Article 2 by the TEU and a manifest violation beyond the Treaty! In short, the EU Court has issued a scandalous judgement far beyond the full general provisions and has felt that EU countries do not have the right to restrict left-wing content to children.
But that's not all. Further consequences of this judgement are that left-wing organisations are already demanding a revision of the constitution of Hungary to end the protection of matrimony as a female and a man's union and to let alleged single-sex marriages and further adoption of children by specified couples. This will be a immense test for the future fresh Hungarian Prime Minister, Peter Magyar, whether he will follow the EU dictatorship or stand up for sovereignty and conventional values. Hungarian society is conservative adequate that I hope it does not surrender to this judgment.
One thing is apparent – this conviction should never, always be recognized by any sovereign government. EU fanatics are most afraid that children should be indoctrinated with a left-wing agenda, fighting household and conventional values. That is why the youngest should be especially protected by us!
