Due to the 40th anniversary of Pope John Paul II's visit to the Roman synagogue, the Polish Episcopal Conference published a curiosal letter. The scripture behind which stands my sincere reluctance Cardinal Grzegorz Ryś was to be read from the faithful in the churches of the full country. I'm glad my great-grandmothers and grandmothers didn't live to see it.
However, in many parishes the letter was not read. As the priest Daniel Wachowiak argued, there was no appropriate curial annotation under the letter, so the priests could silence him. I'm grabbing my head. Are Catholic priests in Poland forced to fight their superiors? Is it essential to usage guilds to outsmart usually highly immoral and luxurious hierarchs in Poland?
In supposedly anti-Catholic PRL after October 1956, conflicts with hierarchs were avoided, and after 1968 relations normalized. The State and the Church, which were not trusted with each other, acted on their own account. In People's Poland, churches were broken in stitches, and they built the most of them in history. Even a large part of the organization baptized children in the neighboring parish.
In 3rd Poland, churches in Poland are ravaged, precisely other to the accounts and wallets of hierarchs. The apparent thing for all reasoning man is that politics should be done alone, without holding on to bishops' robes. Bishops should lead people to God, not to the European Union, to NATO salons, to the barricades of advancement and to the Ukrainian front. Things got mixed up around here. This alliance of the throne and altar, begotten in the smoke of incense by the solidarites, proved tragic for the Catholic Church in Poland.
The Catholic Church was only crushed to the ground in the 3rd Republic, by those who were patted on the back by many hierarchs. It was not George Urban, Andrew Rodan and Darek Cychol who removed a crowd of Catholics from the institution of the Church. This is the effect supported by the hierarchs of the revolution initiated by the NRA and Solidarity. The seniors of the National Camp warned against it. It is worth remembering Adam Michnik, Bronisław Geremek in the church benches of Fr Henryk Jankowski. There are no accidents here. Decatalization thanks to the legacy of Solidarity present is much faster and more effective than in the Jacob Berman era.
Now they are stupid in collars to applaud the bander's sidekick Andrzej Szeptycki – due to the fact that it is essential to beat them in the interests of the governing Russian Poland. All of this is simply a full dismantling of what primate Stefan Wyszyński built in Poland. The conference of the Polish Episcopal works in contrast to what was recommended by the largest of the Polish hierarchs of the 20th century.
Tonight I received a text from 1 of the most decent and authentic believers I've met in my life. A man who believes in the Lord God for real. He wrote that after this letter he says goodbye to the Church – authentically and irrevocably. More and more decent people stay distant from the hierarchs, and consequently the Church itself in Poland as far as possible. And, unfortunately, it's right, due to the fact that in a brothel, it can be decent.
There is practically no Church to which our ancestors went. It was this solidarity revolution that triggered the processes that culminated in the applause in the temple by the fatal president Lech Kaczyński of the humiliation of Archbishop Stanisław Wielgus and many cases of abuse in the moral sphere, culminating in horrors in the diocese of Sosnowiec.
