Head of the MFA Radosław Sikorski spoke to the U.S. Secretary of State on Wednesday Marco Rubio on the state of play in the negotiations on peace in Ukraine, the scenarios of the improvement of the situation, the anticipation of force on Russia and the situation on the border with Belarus, reported the MFA.
