If NATO countries spend 3.5 percent of their GDP annually on defense, the Alliance will gain an additional $450 billion annually, said Polish abroad Minister Radosław Sikorski. He added that if the Alliance spent as much on defence as Poland does today, "Moscow would have no chance."
