Sikorski on the war in Ukraine: "Putin, if he could, would escalate. But he is besides weak to do so."

"Putin must admit that the first goals of the war in Ukraine are unattainable. Only if he realizes this will he negociate in earnest," abroad Ministry chief Radoslaw Sikorski believes.
