To say that there is simply a cold wind between Radosław Sikorski and Sławomir Cenckiewicz is an understatement. During a fresh gathering of the National safety Council, the Minister of abroad Affairs did not shake hands with the head of the National safety Council. Now he has explained why he did not do it.
