In a conversation with journalists, the head of Polish diplomacy described Russia's hybrid attacks as "state terrorism" - "The clear goal of these actions was to origin human casualties" - Sikorski stressed, recalling the entry of Russian drones into Polish airspace and acts of sabotage on the railways.
