In an interview with journalists, the chief of Polish diplomacy described Russia's hybrid attacks as "state terrorism" - "The clear aim of these actions was to bring about casualties in people" - stressed Sikorski, recalling the entry of Russian drones into Poland's airspace and acts of diversion on the railway.
