On Tuesday in Miami, Deputy Prime Minister and abroad Minister Radosław Sikorski announced the winner of the Lech Wałęsa Solidarity Prize. It became Cuban oppositionist Berta Soler Fernandez. The ceremony was attended by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
