Open: RCN gathering is an emergency call for state structures

The departure gathering of the National safety Council is intended to address the situation and fresh events on the Polish-Belarusian border, as well as the presidential draft Act on the activities of state authorities** in case of an external threat to national security. The project, among others, regulates the usage of weapons by the military.
