Should NATO hand over weapons to Ukraine in full, not in installments?

Instead of gradually supplying Ukraine with more weapons and military equipment to support its fight against Russia, NATO should origin a “big bang” and announce the transfer of all military aid on 24 February 2023, the first anniversary of the Russian invasion. This would reenforce the belief in the Kremlin that Moscow is fighting a well-armed Alliance, says Michael McFaul, a political scientist and erstwhile US ambassador to Russia, in abroad Affairs magazine.
