Short-term rental? Cooperatives with veto power, but limited

On Friday, the legislature gave the green light to changes to the Act on the Short-Term Market, which Poland should have implemented as early as May. Cooperatives will have the right to block hotel operations, but under the threat of more than 50 percent of the votes of residents. Now it's time for the president's move.
