Shoigu Minister Scares Europe

Pressure on Ukraine, limiting arms supplies to the country and intimidating NATO are, according to the Institute for the survey of War (ISW), the intent of telephone conversations that Russian defence Minister Sergei Shoigu conducted with his counterparts in respective countries of the North Atlantic Alliance on Sunday.
