The material that was aired on Polsat News revealed the brutal fact about the abortion underground in Europe. The “Underground of Europe” report, by Jack Smaruj, showed illegal drug trafficking and the scale of abortion environments, which openly boast of the organisation of hundreds of pharmacological abortions all week.
The Ordo Iuris Institute did not stay passive – lawyers filed a study of suspected crime. In the material, the writer talks to those active in distributing illegal abortion pills. Details about their acquisition, dispatch and the consequences of their usage – frequently dramatic. At the same time, the interviewers point to the appalling inactivity of law enforcement. In the background there is simply a image of impunity, and above all – the suffering of women and the demolition of unborn human beings.
One of the most disturbing passages of the study is Natalia Broniarczyk, a well-known abortion activist of Dream Teamu. She openly declares that her organization "dos 130 abortions a day". This gives over 47,000 abortions a year – the number that will last, especially erstwhile it is compiled with authoritative NFZ data, which indicate less than 900 legal cases in 2024.
Such a shocking discrepancy raises apparent questions: who is behind it? Is it truly possible that in the shadow of the law there is simply a well-organised strategy of distribution of illegal miscarriage funds?
The Ordo Iuris Institute consistently defends the rights to life: “The Institute’s lawyers proceed to effort to strike an illegal abortion underground. We submit notifications to the prosecutor's office wherever there is simply a suspicion of violation of the law" - emphasized Magdalena Przęka-Leszczyńska from the Centre for Process Intervention.
The announcement given by Ordo Iuris is based on Article 152(2) of the Criminal Code. This provision provides for a conviction of up to 3 years in prison for a individual who helps a female to have an abortion in violation of the law – without medical or legal indications.
According to the law in force in Poland, the life of the conceived kid is protected. Discontinuation of pregnancy is permitted only in exceptional cases – erstwhile the mother's life is at stake or erstwhile the pregnancy is caused by a prohibited act. all another action is not only a violation of the law, but, above all, an assassination of innocent lives.
