According to the draft published on 17 February 2026, the fresh regulations will replace the current regulation. The Ministry of the Interior does not plan any changes in the territorial scope of the region – it will cover the same area as before. The ban on staying will be introduced for a period of 90 days from the date of entry into force of the regulations, i.e. from 6 March 2026.
