Shelters and hiding places for only 50 percent. Poles, or how the Ministry of the Interior and Administration restores the protective infrastructure

The Ministry of the Interior and Administration has prepared a regulation on collective protection facilities, including shelters. The regulation defines, among others: method conditions of specified facilities, their maintenance and principles of their plan and construction. According to the Ministry's assumptions, shelters and hiding places will supply protection for 50 percent. the country's population.
