British–Dutch Shell lost a court conflict in dispute with American LNG Venture Global. Shell thinks the gas supplier broke the rules of an earlier contract. The dispute with LNG Venture Global is besides Polish Orlen. The subject substance of the dispute is delayed deliveries of LNG to Poland.
