“Our companies are bankrupt!” – installers protest

During the committee meeting, 1 of the entrepreneurs took the floor, which did not hide frustration:
Do you realize our companies are going bankrupt? We're listening one more time that we're frauds, thieves, that we made this show stop. For my beneficiaries, I do everything, I've been up all night for months so I can make more investments. You can get me out of here, I'll tell you what I gotta say. You laughter in our face, that's the slander you're throwing at our face again. She said.

A recording of her speech was made available on social media by PiS MP Michał Woś, which was widely heard.

Minister Hennig-Kloska: ‘There are no pending conclusions’

In consequence to these allegations, the Minister of Climate and Environment, Paulina Hennig-Kloska, explained that she knew entrepreneurialness and offered to aid her, but she was rejected.

Mrs. Karina's company, which present screamed at the Parliament's Committee on Environmental Protection, has no outstanding applications in the Clean Air programme in WFOŚiGW in Opole, and that is where her company is registered. Mrs. Karina besides turned down my offer to aid verify her case. possibly it's due to the fact that there are no pending conclusions. – wrote the head of MKiŚ.

Protest before the Sejm – entrepreneurs request withdrawals

Representatives of the installation manufacture gathered in front of the Sejm building, demanding that late payments from the Clean Air programme be regulated. The protest was organised by a group on Facebook "Defected in Prefinancing Clean Air Subcarpathie".

Entrepreneurs say to the authorities:

  • late payments,
  • unclear procedures,
  • difficulties in investment qualification.

The Ministry of Climate and Environment stresses that the fresh version of the programme has introduced crucial changes, including:

  • obligation to confirm the energy standard of the home before and after the investment,
  • higher backing for the poorest,
  • raising income thresholds.

Nevertheless, the doubts of entrepreneurs and experts stay unresolved.
