Palestinian doctor Alaa al-Najjar and her boy Adam were evacuated from Gaza to Milan on a plane sent by the Italian government. The boy is the only 1 of the woman's 10 children to last the Israeli attack. Before leaving, Alaa al-Najjar spoke to reporters. "If God allows specified a tragedy, there must be a reason. There must be, but I don't know it," she said.
