Shatkovsky: Ukraine's OPL rocket's most likely fall, Russia bears responsibility

Russia bears work for the collapse of the rocket on the Polish side of the border - regardless of whether it was a Russian or Ukrainian missile; the event would not have happened if Russia had not attacked Ukraine, and that is what all its allies agreed, Polish Ambassador to NATO Tomasz Szatkowski said on Wednesday.
