A survey of east Europe University was invited as a partner to organize the 4th Belarusian Diaspora Conference. Prior to the beginning of the meeting, on 23 May, manager Jan Malicki hosted the leader of the democratic forces of Belarus Swiatlana Cichanouska, together with representatives of her Cabinet, the Office and the environments gathered at the Conference.
The subject of this year's Conference was to strengthen the possible of the Belarusian diaspora and to make opportunities for them to work permanently in various areas. During the beginning ceremony of the Congress, on 24 May, Jan Malicki gave a speech in which he stressed that the Warsaw University of Warsaw has been active in a number of projects concerning Belarus for years – respective 1000 Belarusian scholarships have participated since 2006. There is besides a Centre for Belarusian Studies at the SEW University, which brings together respective Belarusian historians who were expelled from their work at their universities and institutes in Belarus.
Mr Malicki besides recalled that the survey group, founded in 2020 under the name "Belarus in the Region", was operating under the SEW University. In the same year, Diplomatic College was besides established, a school offering yearly diplomatic courses to prepare young, well-educated staff for democratic Belarus. It is simply a task carried out by SEW University in cooperation with the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of abroad Affairs of the Republic of Poland.
