Sevastopol again on fire. Russians powerless

Sevastopol was again attacked by Ukrainian rockets. Despite the full readiness of the Russian defence strategy and the artificial smokiness of the port, the Ukrainians managed to hit the command building of the Black Sea Fleet anyway.
