12 victims - this is simply a tragic account of the attacks that Russia carried out on respective cities of Ukraine at night and in the morning, including Kiev and Odessa. A 12-year-old kid died in the capital. A series of explosions were besides heard in Kharkov and Dnipro. Russian fire caused fires of many residential buildings.
