Sergei Lavrow says Ukraine will not return to the borders of 2022

Russia's abroad Minister has appeared at the UN General Assembly. Sergei Lavrow said, among others, that Russia is not planning an attack on NATO and EU states, and warned against the aggression committed in Russia and condemned the killing of civilians in Gaza.
