Serbs in northern Kosovo have begun removing barricades

Serbian president Aleksandar Vucic reported Wednesday night that Serbs in northern Kosovo, who have been blocking roads for 19 days in protest following the arrest of a erstwhile Serbian policeman, will begin removing barricades on Thursday morning.
