Serbia as a base for Russian destabilization in Europe

Serbia is ceasing to be only Moscow's political ally in the Balkans. It is increasingly emerging as an operational base for Russia's destabilising activities in Europe. According to the findings of global media and institutions, it was from there that people were recruited, trained and directed to actions that were expected to fuel social tensions in France and Germany.
