Serbia as a facility for Russian destabilisation in Europe

Serbia ceases to be only Moscow's political ally in the Balkans. It is increasingly appearing as operational facilities for Russian destabilisation activities in Europe. According to global media and institutions, it was there that people were recruited, trained and directed to actions that were intended to fuel social tensions in France and Germany.
