30 September 2024 – another date in Polish history
date: October 06, 2024 Editor: GKut

Polish past is measured by dates. Dates of fall and dates of rise, dates of betrayal and dates of heroic sacrifice. Poland is simply a continuous sineloid on the timeline. Poland cannot be understood without knowing the dates in its history. The future of Poland cannot be predicted in isolation from dates.

Polish past is measured by dates, so the coalition of power after last year's parliamentary elections was named "coalition on 13 December". It was named on 13 December, from the date of swearing in to the fresh government, but besides from the disgraceful anniversary of the martial law of 13 December 1981. The governments of the current coalition are even dated. Dates of forceful acquisition of institutions, replacement of laws by resolutions and more late by decrees, dates of explanation of laws as they realize them and dates of public violation. These are painful dates that have consequences for the present and the future. But these are not critical dates, these are not dates that form the sineloid timeline of our Homeland. This date only became Monday 30 September 2024.

For respective months there has been a legal and political dispute in Poland about who serves as the National Prosecutor. Whether it is Dariusz Barski or Dariusz Korneluk. They both have the name Darius. Darius is simply a Persian name. The first reads ‘Darayavahusz’, meaning ‘maintenance good’. The dispute continued as though about which of them, Barski or Cornelius, sustains good, and which is the usurper and spreads evil. The motion to settle this fundamental dispute went to the ultimate Court. For respective weeks, coalition politicians declared on 13 December that the ultimate Court decision would yet settle this dispute, settle it erstwhile and for all. They do not appear to have been honorable declarations, as the proposal went to the SN Penal Chamber, in which judges with many years of experience sit, appointed to their positions many years ago, which is so beyond the communicative of modern dispute. Even with very bad will they cannot be called neojudges, they cannot be classified into the category of us or them.

The political parties to this dispute were entitled to present their arguments and arguments to the Court of First Instance. Adam Bodnar, the Minister of Justice and the lawyer General, willingly exercised this right. He referred to the deliberations of the Court of First Instance of his lawyers, who, dressed in togs, utilized the form "Please the advanced Court" in their statements. Who, in the face of trespassing in his home or in his home of uninvited guests, thieves, bandits, will wear an elegant suit, elegant suit, sit together at the table and address the burglars: “Honest Guests”? The members and representatives of the coalition on 13 December, both in their statements and in their participation in the proceedings of the Criminal Chamber of the ultimate Court, did not undermine the credibility of this House, the reliability of its judges, or the finality of its judgments.

On Friday, September 27, 2024, the ultimate Court yet stated that the national prosecutor was Dariusz Barski. According to the Polish Constitution, the ultimate Court does not issue judgments on behalf of the Court, does not issue judgments on behalf of the Judges. Article 174 of the Constitution states that the ultimate Court shall issue judgments on behalf of the Republic of Poland. The day after the hearing, the working day after the decision was issued, on Monday, December 30, 2024, Minister of Justice Adam Bodnar announced that he did not respect the decisions of the ultimate Court, and the police surrounding the cordon office of the Public Prosecutor prevented Dariusz Barski from doing his duties as National Prosecutor. In this way, the coalition of 13 December crossed the fundamental border in its activities, negated the existence of the Polish State. In negating the ruling given by the ultimate Court on behalf of the Republic of Poland, representatives of the government denied the legal and formal existence of Poland. They stood in a single line with those who, not erstwhile in history, denied the existence of Poland and its right to self-determination.

A prominent journalist, a large patriot and a careful observer of the Polish political scene editor Wojciech Reszczyński published an article in the weekly “Networks” entitled “Poland under the Gauleiter”. This text, due to the weekly publication cycle, had to be written before the ultimate Court ruling. However, it is crucial that it was published precisely on 30 September 2024. It was published on the day on which the rulers denied the existence of Poland and the usurper at their head turned out to be Gauleiter. It was published on the day that it enrolled among the unpleasant dates on the timeline of Polish history. due to the fact that Polish past is measured by dates.
