In connection with the press information on the placement by Russian troops in the Kaliningrad Oblast of Iskander-M rockets, adapted to carry atomic warheads, on behalf of the Union of the Silesian People's Republic, we ask Your Excellency to hand over our request to the Russian Federation authorities to consider the anticipation of not targeting these missiles towards Silesia.
As your Excellency most likely knows, part of advanced Silesia, contrary to its will expressed in the plebiscite in 1921, went to Poland as a consequence of the agreements of the League of Nations. The remainder of advanced Silesia and the full Lower Silesia, as part of the interim board, were placed under Polish authority in 1945. Although Poland and Germany concluded an agreement on the Polish-German border in 1990, this was done without consulting the residents of the Polish temporary board of directors. In addition, Poland abolished autonomy on parts of advanced Silesia, deviating from the condition of granting these lands to Poland by the League of Nations.
History has recorded rather hard moments in the contacts of Slaves and Russians. Slaves fought as part of German troops during planet War II and repeatedly committed cruelty and savagery towards Russians and another ZSRS nations. In the memory of the Silesians, there remains the export of respective tens of thousands of Germans and Silesians to slave labour in the USSR, from which fewer returned.
